Place your equipment in a plastic bag, or wrapped in plastic, to keep it clean and prevent packing materials from coming in contact with it.
Place your equipment in a strong cardboard box that has not been weakened by wear and tear.
Have at least three or four inches of padding on each side of the item.
Place packing material such as crumpled paper, bubble wrap and/or styrofoam "peanuts" around the item.
Pack the box to full capacity so the equipment won't shift or move.
Don't overfill it as an under or over filled box is more prone to damage during transit.
Ship your equipment with a company that issues tracking numbers such as UPS, Federal Express and Priority Mail.
Insure your equipment and consider getting a Signature Proof Delivery.
It is not necessary to send accessories, cables or manuals with your equipment.
Once we receive your equipment and necessary documentation we will contact you to confirm arrival and review the service request details.

Our Standard Depot Service provides turn around within 5-7 business days once the BRC receives your equipment.
